Kanoria Chemicals & Industries has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Shares of the Company by the ‘Designated Persons’ shall remain closed from 1st October, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2023. During the aforesaid period when the Trading Window will remain closed, no trading in the Shares of the Company shall be made by the Designated Persons within the meaning of the Code. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
