Indiabulls Housing Finance has raised Rs 113.17 crore through the allotment of 11,31,783 secured, redeemable, NCDs of face value Rs 1000 each for cash at par, on public issue basis. Securities Issuance and Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of the company vide resolution dated September 26, 2023 has approved the allotment of the same.

Indiabulls Housing Finance is the second largest private housing finance company in India, regulated by the National Housing Bank (NHB).
