Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations'), Lyka Labs has informed that, Sandeep Parikh (DIN:00022365) has completed his term as an Independent Director on September 25, 2023 and consequently ceased as the Independent Director of the Company from the end of day on September 25, 2023. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record their deep appreciation for the contributions made by Sandeep Parikh during his association with the Company over the years. The requisite disclosure as required as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with clause 7B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-A.
