In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Steelman Telecom has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from the date of Intimation till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results (Unaudited) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2023. Accordingly, all designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Financial Results (Unaudited) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2023, will be intimated in due course.
