Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that the Company/RTA had on 25th, 26th & 27th September, 2023 received request/s from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of their Share Certificate/s. In response to their request/s, Company/RTA had informed them the necessary procedure. As required under SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMP/PICIR/2O22IB dated 25th January, 2022, the RTA shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities.
