TVS Holdings has sold 52,66,650 equity shares held by it in TVS Credit Services (TVS Credit) to PI Opportunities Fund-I Scheme-II (PI), for an aggregate sum of Rs 154.61 crore, on September 27, 2023 (Sale).

Auto parts firm Sundaram Clayton has been rechristened as TVS Holdings. Sundaram-Clayton operates in a wide range of activities such as manufacturing of automotive vehicles, automotive components, spare parts & accessories thereof, housing development and financial services.
