In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III(A)(13) of the Listing Regulations, the proceedings of the Twenty Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company are enclosed. In terms of Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, a copy of combined voting results for remote E-voting and E-voting at the Meeting along with the copy of the Consolidated Scrutinizer’s Report is enclosed.
