KIOCL temporarily suspends operation of pellet plant unit in Mangalore

KIOCL has temporarily suspended the operation of Pellet Plant Unit (The Plant) of the Company at Mangalore with effect from September 28, 2023 due to non-availability of iron-ore fines and as well as for carrying out maintenance activities.

Earlier, the company had stopped the pellet production at the Pellet Plant Unit of the Company with effect from August 5, 2023, due to non-availability of Iron Ore Fines.

KIOCL is engaged in the business of manufacturing and exporting high quality Iron Oxide Pellets and supply of pig iron for domestic market. The company also in the business segment of Pellets, Pig Iron.
