SKM EGG Products Export (India) has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for trading in Listed Securities, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/connected persons/Designated persons of the Company from 1st Oct, 2023 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 to the Public. Accordingly, all Directors/connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
