Panasonic Carbon India Co. has informed that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of Insider Trading, the closure of trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will commence from 1 October 2023 and shall remain closed from 1 October 2023till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company approved in Board Meeting for the quarter ended 30th September 2023.
