Pursuant to BSE Circular No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, National General Industries has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from the end of the quarter 30th September, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023. Accordingly, all the Promoters, Directors, and connected persons/designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 will be informed in due course.
