Muthoot Finance has informed that the nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Board of Directors of the company a circular resolution passed on September 29, 2023, has allotted 9,150 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under Muthoot ESOP 2013. Post allotment, the Company’s paid-up capital will be increased from Rs 4,01,44,88,910 consisting of 40,14,48,891 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 4,01,45,80,410 consisting of 40,14,58,041 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
