The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2023 until November 12, 2023 (both days inclusive) for all the specified person defined in the Code formulated by the Company, for the purpose of considering and approving the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company as above, in terms of the provision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
