Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and further clarification issued by the Stock Exchanges in this regard and Insider Trading Policy adopted by the Company (as amended), Amber Enterprises India has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for insiders with effect from 1st October 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter and Half year ended as on 30th September 2023. During the closure of trading window, insiders have been communicated not to deal in securities of the Company. The date of the Board meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September 2023 will be intimated in due course.
