In terms of the Company's Code to Regulate, Monitor & Report Insider Trading & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, Universal Starch Chem Allied has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for Trading in Company's Securities (Equity Shares) will remain closed for the designated person and specified connected person of the Company with effect from Sunday, 01st October, 2023. The trading window will be open after 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the financial results for the quarter ending 30th September, 2023 shall be approved. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all insiders/designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
