Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, Galaxy Cloud Kitchens has informed that the Trading Window’ for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2023 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the aforesaid un-audited financial results shall be intimated in the course of time, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
