MedPlus Health Services has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct, Prohibition of Insider Trading to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons (‘DP’) from October 1, 2023, until 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended September 30, 2023. Accordingly, all DPs of the Company and their relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window.
