Siddha Ventures has informed that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (the Code) in respect of the equity shares of Siddha Ventures (the Company) the ‘Trading Window) for trading or dealing in the equity shares of the Company, by the designated persons will remain closed from Sunday 01st October, 2023 till the Conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ending on 30.09.2023 Accordingly, all the designated persons of the company are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window. Further, the date of the board meeting for the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ending on 30.09.2023 will be intimated in due course of time.
