Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Anupam Rasayan India has informed that the resolutions contained in the Notice dated September 07, 2023 for convening the 20th AGM of the Company, have been passed with requisite majority at the 20th AGM held on September 30, 2023, at 04:30 pm IST, through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the ‘Act’) read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and any other applicable provisions of the Act and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, it has enclosed the Scrutinizer’s Report for the resolutions passed by the members by using remote e-voting/e-voting facility provided at the 20th AGM. The company has enclosed the e-voting results of the businesses transacted at the 20th AGM of the Company as Annexure A. The Scrutinizer’s report and e-voting results are also being hosted on the Company’s website at www.anupamrasayan.com.
