To qualify for DSI Platform Certification status, BSIL’s consultants fulfilled rigorous certification requirements, including participation in multiple week-long training sessions and successfully completing numerous DSI-supervised implementation assignments. BSIL now has increased access to DSI’s implementation support materials, as well as expanded support from DSI’s Global Support Center and the DSI Enablement Team. This increased integration into DSI’s implementation and support organizations ensures that BSIL is up to date on the latest DSI software features, functions, tips and techniques which, in turn, means a superior service experience for customers.
