IndoStar Capital Finance has raised Rs 100 crore through the allotment of 10,000 Unsecured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, for cash, at par, on Private Placement basis. The Debenture Committee of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated October 3, 2023, approved allotment of the same.
