Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and clarification given by BSE vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, Alab has informed that the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the Company’s shares for all Directors/ Promoters/ KMPS/ Designated Employees/ Auditor/ Law Firms etc of the Company and their immediate relatives would be closed from 6th October, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023. The date of Board Meeting to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
