Welspun Specialty Solutions has received order for aggregative amount of Rs 12.64 crore (including taxes) for supply of Stainless steel Pipe from a domestic customer, unrelated party. The said order is expected to be executed by the end of January 2024. The Company has received the said orders in normal course of business. The said transaction is not falling under related party transactions and is done at arm’s length basis.
