Stellant Securities (India) has completed the sale of its entire stake in its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS), viz., Stellant Stock Broking on October 05,2023, after obtaining the approval of the members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2023. Consequently, Stellant Stock Broking ceased to be the subsidiary of the Company.
