Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Southern Infosys has informed that in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the shareholders of the company have approved the cessation of Kriti Bareja as Director of the company, in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30.09.2023. Therefore, the said Director ceased to be Director of the Company with effect from 30.09.2023.
