Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 2nd November, 2023 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half?year ended 30th September, 2023. The Company will publish and submit the unaudited financial results as required under Regulation 33 of the Regulations. The ‘Trading window’ of the Company is closed for ‘Designated Persons’ from 1st October, 2023 till 4th November, 2023 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above impending publication of unaudited financial results.
