Siemens has informed that the company does not fulfill the criteria of ‘Large Corporate’ as per SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 on Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities, as on the financial year ended 30th September, 2023.
