Restaurant Brands Asia has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today Monday, October 9, 2023, considered and approved availing of secured term loan facility (fund based and non-fund based - fully fungible) by the Company from Axis Bank, India (‘Facility’) as details enclosed. Further, the agreement for availing the Facility will be executed by the Company with Axis Bank in due course. The details as required under the SEBI Circular are enclosed as Annexure A. The Board meeting commenced at 9:30 am IST and concluded at 10:05 am IST.
