Westlife Foodworld has informed that the Company’s functional website: westlife.co.in (created earlier in compliance with Regulation 46 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015) is down/nonfunctioning due to some issue (not being as a result of any cybersecurity matter), and that the Company has created an alternative/temporary website: westlifefoodworld.com for compliance purposes. Further, the Company will update the Exchanges on resumption of the Company’s functional website: westlife.co.in.
