Angel One has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company in the name of ‘Angel One Wealth Management’. The company has incorporated WOS on October 10, 2023.
The objective of incorporation is to carry on the business of providing all kind of distribution services, advisory services in investment, wealth management, insurance products (including life, general and health) and financial planning products in accordance with the applicable laws and to carry on the business of advising on investments in stocks, shares, securities, debentures, bonds, warrants, and providing Financial and investment advisory services, management and facilitation services etc.
Angel One is a technology-led financial services company providing broking and advisory services, margin funding, loans against shares (through one of its Subsidiaries, AFPL) and financial products distribution to its clients under the brand ‘Angel Broking’.
