Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), and on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Cian Healthcare has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 11th October, 2023, have appointed Santosh Shivaji Pimparkar as Additional Director of Company. Further, the aforementioned appointments shall be subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company. The required details pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations are annexed as Annexure-I.
