13 Oct 2023 Evaluate
Gold futures settled lower on Thursday, for the first time in five sessions pressured by the rebound in US Treasury bond yields and rising dollar. Moreover, hotter than expected September US inflation also spooked chances about more Federal interest rate hikes.

Gold futures for December delivery dipped by $4.30 or 0.22% to settle at $1883.00 ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. While, spot gold added by $7.28 points 0.39% to $ 1,876.18 per ounce.
