Atishay has informed that the company had previously sent a notice of the Board Meeting scheduled for 20/10/2023 in its letter vide reference number ATL/LH/23-24/290 dated 14/10/2023. However, the company has informed that there has been a change in the date of the Board Meeting. The Board Meeting will now be held on 23/10/2023 instead of the previously announced date. The company will ensure that all other details, including the time and venue, and matter to be transacted in the meeting remain same as mentioned in the original notice.
