In accordance with provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading in securities of the Company, Uniworth International has informed that in view of finalization of Unaudited Accounts for the quarter ended 30th September, 2023 the ‘Trading Window’ for the dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for ‘Designated Persons’ and ‘Insider’ with effect from Sunday, 1st October, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2023.
