Bhd., (Ramco Malaysia) with customer Lendlease Development Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., for providing Outsourced Payroll Services. As a part of the aforesaid agreement, the Company is guaranteeing the performance of the obligations of Ramco Malaysia.
