Further, as intimated earlier vide its Letter dated 26th September, 2023, the trading window of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives has been closed from 01st October, 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company, till 02nd November, 2023 (both days inclusive).
