No.: L/SURV/ONL/PV/VK/ 2023-2024 / 382 dated 17th Oct 2023 seeking for explanation from the Company on the significant increase in the volume of its scrip in the exchanges in the recent past that the recent spurt in the trading volumes was purely based on the market driven factors and conditions, and it has not withheld any material information/event that in its opinion would have bearing on the movement of its scrip. The management of the company is in no way connected with any such movement in the scrip. Also informed that it will continue to submit all disclosures in respect of the material information / event in time as stipulated under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
