The Company has accepted the resignation and he will be relieved from his duties from the close of business hours on January 18, 2024. The relevant details as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoDl/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as ‘Annexure A’ and copy of resignation letter dated October 18, 2023 tendered by Vivek Gaur is enclosed as ‘Annexure B’.
