Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sanofi India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 8th November 2023; to consider the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 30th September 2023. Further, in reference to letter dated 26th September 2023. The Company has also informed that as per the ‘Sanofi India- Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’, the trading window for the purpose of publication of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 30th September 2023 shall remain closed from Sunday, 1st October 2023 to Friday, 10th November 2023.
