Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 2nd November 2023 to consider and take on record, the unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023 and interim dividend, if any. In the event of the Interim dividend is declared by the Board of Directors, the record date for the same pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 shall be 10th November 2023. The trading window has already been closed with effect from 1st October 2023 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for all the Directors, Key Managerial Persons, Designated Persons and the Connected Persons covered under the said regulations and shall remain closed till 4th November 2023 for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results and interim dividend.
