Gold futures trade lower in early deals of Monday

Gold futures traded lower in early deals of Monday, after fourth straight sessional gains. The yellow metal retreated on profit taking, stronger dollar and rising bond yield notes. The yellow metal for the most active contract had marked 2.7% gain for the week.

Gold futures for December delivery dipped by $9.20 or 0.46% to $1985.20 ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. While, spot gold down by $7.62 points 0.38% to $1,973.78 per ounce.
