According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1508.23 crore in index futures and options segments on Thursday, April 18, 2013.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 784.45 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 723.78 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 79.60 crore, while they also sold stock options worth Rs 153.98 crore.
