Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, read with Para A of part A of Schedule III to the said regulations, Syrma SGS Technology has informed that Rahul N. Sinnarkar has today conveyed his decision to resign and submitted his resignation as the Company secretary and compliance officer of the company. Rahul will continue to discharge his duties as the Company Secretary and compliance officer of the Company, until the close of business hours on December 31, 2023 to facilitate smooth transition. The management of the Company has accepted his decision to resign from the services of the Company. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
