Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Sapphire Foods India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 02, 2023, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023. In continuation to its intimation dated September 22, 2023 regarding the closure of trading window from Monday, September 25, 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023, it has informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed till Saturday, November 4, 2023.
