Greenply Industries and M/s SAMET B.V., have incorporated a Joint Venture Company namely ‘Greenply Samet’ on October 26, 2023 in the ratio 50:50 respectively. Greenply Samet has been incorporated as a Joint Venture Company to carry out manufacturing and selling functional furniture hardware such as slide systems for wooden and metallic drawers, hinge systems, lift-up systems and other connection fittings etc. through a manufacturing facility in India.
Greenply Industries is primarily involved in manufacturing of plywood and trading of plywood and allied products.
