Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 31A(8)(a) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Mankind Pharma has informed about receipt of request letter dated October 27, 2023, from EzeRx Health Tech, (enclosed herewith as Annexure) requesting reclassification from ‘Promoter and Promoter Group’ Category to ‘Public’ Category in terms of the provisions of Regulation 31A of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The said request will be placed before the board of directors in their ensuing meeting for their consideration and the Company will take all other necessary approvals in terms of Regulations 31A of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
