Hfcl has informed that in order to cater the global demand for the Company's products and expand the Company's business operations overseas, in line with the Company's strategy to increase revenue from the export markets, HFCL B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of HFCL in the Netherlands, has established a wholly owned subsidiary company namely HFCL Canada Inc. in Canada. Consequently, HFCL Canada Inc. has also become a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are as per attached.
