Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the intimation received from the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) Link Intime India, Navneet Education has informed that the Company has received a letter from the shareholder, Mahasukhlal Lavejibhai Shah (Folio No M000091) regarding loss of share certificates and transmission with a request for issue of duplicate share certificates in lieu thereof. The Company's R&T namely Link Intime India has marked 'Stop Transfer' in respect of these shares. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO / MIRSD / MIRSD_RTAMB / P / CIR / 2022 / 8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue ’Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities.
