Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 7th November, 2023, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023. Through its letter dated 26th September, 2023 it has already communicated closure of Trading Window of the Company for all the designated persons/connected persons from 1st October, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023. Consequently, the trading window will continue to remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 to the public.
