India Cements has informed that the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results, subjected to a 'Limited Audit review' by Company's auditors for the quarter and half-year ended 30.09.2023 were reviewed by the Audit Committee of Board and approved by Board of Directors at their meetings held on 31.10.2023 and 01.11.2023 respectively. The Company has electronically filing a certified copy of the aforesaid unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Reports with the Stock Exchange in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Financial results will be published in the English and Tamil dailies on 02.11.2023. The Meeting commenced at 09:30 am and concluded at 11.00 am.
